Quarterly Awards for Vibra Members and Extension Workers

Vibra’s poultry processing units, located in Itapejara D’Oeste (PR), Pato Branco (PR), Sete Lagoas (MG), Nova Araçá (RS), and Soledade (RS), awarded prizes to the best team members and extension workers in July. The awards took place at the company’s production units and went to the integrated members and extension workers for best production costs in the first and second quarters of 2023.

The recognition program for integrated companies and extension workers began in 2022 and forms part of the ten commitments made to the Board of Directors and addressed in the Rural Extension Project. Its creation aims to bring the company closer to its integrated members, generating loyalty, engagement, and motivation. Since Vibra members are essential in guaranteeing the company’s quality products, they become the protagonists of our production process.

The production manager of the Soledade (RS) unit, Charles Stefanello, commented on the importance of carrying out this type of action in the sector: “The awarding of integrated and extension workers is an act of appreciation and recognition, a way of further encouraging the best to share their knowledge and deliver their best, showing that everyone can reach this level, and if efforts are directed in the right direction, success is a consequence. Recognizing it raises the team level, generating engagement and motivation.”
